1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can cream of celery soup
1 tb. Montreal Steak Seasoning
1/2 bag mini tater tots
Brown ground beef in a skillet and add Montreal Steak Seasoning to taste, generally about 1-2 tbsp. Pour into oven-friendly dish and cover with a layer of the canned soup. Cover the entire dish with tater tots. Bake at 350 to 400 for 35-40 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
*This was one of my childhood favorites growing up and it is now one of Mason’s favorite meals. You can make without the steak seasoning, as I had growing up, but Mason prefers the extra flavor gained from the seasoning. I usually serve with fresh sliced veggies or a salad.
